Pre-ordering allows you to purchase items before they are available in our fulfillment center. This option secures your place in line to receive the products as soon as they become available.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date with original tags attached, bag in original condition, and art products unused. A full refund will be credited toward the original form of payment. Kindly note, initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Salt Lake City. We offer the following shipping services:

• Standard Ground
• FedEx 2-Day
• FedEx Standard Overnight

Orders placed Monday - Thursday, will ship within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on Friday will ship on the following Monday.

Kindly note, our fulfillment center is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Delivery estimates based on the shipping address are displayed at checkout.

All of our products are made with non-toxic materials that comply with or exceed US testing regulations. Our tags and packaging are recyclable or compostable. Although not fully eco-friendly, it's our company mission to be fully sustainable by 2025.
